
Inbound telephony company Rocket Ansa-Call have switched to Spider SMS for all their client SMS
communications.
Rocket informs clients of calls by email, fax or SMS depending on customer
instruction. The whole company receives over a million calls a year and sends a total of
100,000 SMS messages per annum.
“SMS is incredibly important to us because many of our clients are not office based and need to be contacted
quickly wherever they are” says Chella Heyes,Director of Rocket’s Cambridge
office. "Spider SMS is a vast improvement on our last system. Messages
are always received within seconds and the tracking system means we know if a message has been delivered or
not. These are vital benefits for us, we must offer a reliable and efficient service to our clients because of
the importance of the job we do for them. I have to keep reminding myself it ’s cheaper then our last
software, we actually save money by using it!”
